MORE THAN A GAME: WHY THE FACTORY NEEDS SPONSORS
Walk onto a baseball or softball field on a Saturday morning and you will see more than uniforms, bats, gloves, and scoreboards.
You will see young athletes learning lessons that can stay with them for life.
They are learning how to compete, work as a team, listen to coaches, respect opponents and officials, handle adversity, and understand that success requires commitment and hard work.
That is what we believe youth sports should be about at The Factory Sports Training of Georgia.
We are a baseball and softball travel organization serving athletes from 7U through 17U. We want to develop better players, but our mission goes much further.
We want to help develop young men and women of character.
Why Sponsors Matter
Travel baseball and softball create tremendous opportunities for young athletes, but operating a quality program is expensive.
Tournament fees, uniforms, equipment, insurance, facilities, field maintenance, training technology, and travel all contribute to the cost of giving players these opportunities.
Sponsors help make those opportunities possible.
A sponsorship can help provide a uniform, purchase equipment, maintain a field, support training programs, or reduce some of the financial burden placed on families.
Sometimes, sponsorship may help make the difference in whether a young athlete gets the opportunity to participate at all.
That is why we don't look at our sponsors as businesses simply purchasing advertising.
We consider them Factory Community Partners.
Putting Your Name Behind a Young Person
Businesses have supported youth sports for generations. Their names have appeared on uniforms, outfield fences, scoreboards, banners, and programs.
But behind every business name is something much more important—a company that decided its community's children were worth investing in.
At The Factory, we want our athletes to understand that wearing the uniform means something.
They represent their family, coaches, teammates, The Factory, and the sponsors who help make their opportunities possible.
That means showing respect for parents, coaches, teammates, opponents, and officials. It means competing with integrity and demonstrating good sportsmanship whether winning or losing.
As a faith-based organization, we believe these lessons are just as important as learning to hit, pitch, field, or throw.

Preparing Players for More Than Sports
Eventually, every athlete will take off the uniform.
Most will not become professional athletes, but every one of them will eventually become an adult.
That is why our vision includes more than baseball and softball.
Through our Factory Life Skills Program powered by ScoreNavigator, we want to introduce young athletes to lessons involving goal setting, financial responsibility, saving, budgeting, leadership, decision-making, entrepreneurship, first jobs, and preparing for adulthood.
Imagine a child entering The Factory at seven or eight years old and remaining through 17U.
We could have nearly a decade to positively influence that young person's life.
We take that responsibility seriously.
